Those looking for team mates or looking for a ride need to advertise there skills.

If a team boss is looking for a driver you could use things like -

Whatever Racing has a position available for a driver who is able to hit a target time of X:XXX.000 around Track.
The position will be available for X season(s) depending on the drivers performance.

A tryout session will be held on 'blah' - PM Team owner YourGamerTag if interested in the position.

    If your a privateer:
Driver looking for a position for the Mazda MX5 Cup, able to run consistent X:XXX.000 around Track.
PM DRIVER if you have a position available.

Hope that gives you some idea Smile

Double Eight Race Engieering is looking for driver to fill the space between the steering wheel and seat of their second car.
Not to fussed on how fast you are, as long as you know which way each track goes and know which side of the car to sit in to drive.
You can bring your own sponsors if you like.
Being a decent Race Engineer/Painter will certainly help your application.
Our only other requirement is that you run our secondary number.
PM if you want to be part of this awesome new team.

Congratulations your the 1,000,000th visitor we've had today for the 42nd time this hour!

I mean I'm looking for a team, If you need someone who doesn't tune, paint or even pay attention then I'm the driver for you!

    References - Tastech Motorsport

Drove for them for a while but after a bit of success (in amongst a lot of written off cars) I'm headed in a new direction!

Will be happy to do tryouts but will most likely be driving an oversized brick with too much torque - PM me if intrested

Stage Zero Motorsport is looking for a second driver for the MX-5 series.

Not looking for anyone too amazing behind the wheel, but someone who will actually turn up every week Very Happy

Being a good design guy will surely help you get a spot.
