edit: not trying to hack on your series setup. When I first heard of the idea i thought it was awesome, I still do think that the concept is great in theory and even in practice for most if not all of you... i'm just trying to get the most fun i can out of my racing and dont enjoy driving on drags, nothing personal.

Not all series will have them for example the targa but we are kind of stuck on how we are going to run that one
but i have talked to recoil and reaper and i think a majority will be run with drag tires

I would recommend you try for the first few rounds of a series and see how you go after you have spent some more time on them
and if you need some help getting to grips with them i can share some tips and tricks

I'm not sure if it's just me, but on any forum page other than the home page the right hand menu sits underneath the main body of the page.

I haven't looked at why it's doing it technically, but I could have a look if it would help

yeah its doing that at times Frank - where ever its doing it there is posts with black text aswell.

Im expecting a number of these gremlins as the forum had very little test time prior to going public - ill try to get on top of these issues.

Anyone with potential solutions please PM me, most of this is new and ive had limited experience with PPhB and HTML - its been a big learning curve to get here.

I have added a GT field for members Profiles - please edit it when possible

I don't have any experience at all with PPhB, but I work with HTML on a daily basis... So I really don't know how much of the page layout is configurable within the Forum settings, and how much is pure HTML.

I've had a quick look at the page layout, and there are a couple of different hierarchical layouts wrt the main page content, the forum content and the right menu, but again I really don't have any idea as to how much control you have over the individual HTML elements, and the way that they are presented to the browser.

Okay here is my suggestion. Have championship points like F1. Winner gets 25, second 15 and so on and so forth down to position 10. for every race run and updated at the end of every race.
Driver at the end of the year with most championship points wins the world championship.
This will encourage the quick guys to enter every damn thing they can. And encourage the slower guys to try improve enough to qualify for the quick room in every series since that is where the points are made.

That's a pretty good concept matey. Especially as it can be applied seperately to series points.

Re the picture issues. The only way I can post pictures is to use the in-site hosting service by uploading them to that.
Any pictures linked from Flikr are only little thumbnail parts of a larger picture, for me anyway.

1024 is the largest you can go with pic's guys - it's because i made sure the forum format will fit normally on anyone's screen.

Finally worked out the dodgy 'black text' issue - Unless members are still having a problem
